Songkhla Prapai
Hotel
Thailand
Saan Studio was brought on during an active phase of both architectural construction and interior design development for Songkhla Prapai Hotel. At this stage, multiple stakeholders—including the owner and design teams—were progressing in parallel without a clearly defined brand narrative to unify the creative direction. Our role was to establish a strong brand foundation that could align these moving parts and guide decision-making, ensuring the hotel’s physical environment and eventual communications was rooted in a cohesive and meaningful story.

Brand Identity
Through research and a clear brand foundation, we developed a narrative that brings together three key threads: Songkhla’s identity as a historic cultural hub, the owner family’s four-generation legacy within the city, and a deep appreciation for ceramics and the arts. This was translated into a visual identity centered around the lotus flower (an emblem of beauty, culture and longevity) and extended across all brand touchpoints.
Hotel Amenities
To prepare for the hotel’s opening, we designed and created print-ready in-room amenities and collaterals, such as key cards, toiletry sets, and welcome packs, that align with the brand identity and elevate the guest experience.
