
Saan Studio entered into a partnership with M.O.Y. (Moment of Youth) in the summer of 2025, at an early stage when the founders were building an outdoor skincare brand set to launch in the U.S. market. In the six months leading up to launch, we oversaw the end-to-end go-to-market setup—from influencer marketing and performance marketing to channel setup, e-commerce, and campaign development—ensuring a cohesive and well-prepared launch in November 2025.

Monthly Retainer
Since then, the partnership has evolved into an ongoing monthly retainer, where we continue to support and oversee the brand across key marketing touchpoints. Our scope spans social media and performance marketing to ongoing creative development and product design initiatives allowing the brand to compete and grow with momentum.
Product Design
We supported M.O.Y.’s product development end-to-end—from naming through to design. Most recently, we led the development of the Cooling Mist, positioned as the ideal companion to keep cool during runs and outdoor movement.
Website Design
We continuously manage and refine the website experience, ensuring the user journey evolves alongside monthly campaigns and product launches.
Social Media
On a monthly retainer, we oversee content creation and production, from strategy and planning to photography and videography, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.



Marketing Campaigns
We develop and execute campaign concepts that drive engagement and differentiation, from structured initiatives like the Co-Creator Program to seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Influencer Marketing
We lead global influencer collaborations across markets including the U.S., London, and Bangkok—most notably through M.O.Y.’s Co-Creator Program, where creators documented their experience with the brand over a three-month pre-launch period.
Ads & Performance Marketing
We manage paid media on an ongoing basis, overseeing Meta ads and performance tracking, alongside the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
